Characteristics:
It is translucent white with light yellow spots on the mantle. In some cases the spots forms a line along the edge of the mantle. The length rarely exceeds 3 cm.
Habitat:
It can be found on any depth from the subtidal zone and down to 800 meters. It seems to thrive on a wide range of substrates, including mud and rocky locations.
Distribution:
The white Atlantic Cadlina is registered in the Arctic and North Atlantic Ocean as far south as Spain and Massachusetts, USA.
